Flagship Experience

trybal midwest

september 3-6, 2026

Welcome to
midwestern paradise

Located on the glistening shores of Lake of the Woods in the rolling countryside of southwestern Michigan -- halfway between Chicago and Detroit -- our new Midwest home blends the serenity of a lakeside retreat with the energy of a first-rate summer camp. Among the towering pines you’ll find a ninja warrior obstacle course, driving range, ceramics and culinary studios, trampball, and an expansive waterfront featuring everything from waterskiing to inflatables. Open fields transform into athletic battlegrounds, while hammocks and docks invite you to linger in the Michigan sunshine. Evenings bring crackling campfires beneath a star-filled sky and that unmistakable feeling of being far away from it all. Our Midwest camp is the perfect escape to meet new friends, reconnect with nature, and trade the everyday for something a little more magical. The experience is yours to make what you want of it.

Lodging

camp lodging

Wake up refreshed and ready to embrace the day's adventures and surprises. We offer two housing options for you to get the best night's sleep, including traditional cabins and options to upgrade to private housing. Whether you sign up solo or with a group of friends, are an early riser or crave late-night pillow talk, we honor your rooming preferences and carefully place you into a cabin with likeminded people, who become cabin family before you know it.

CABINS

Cozy up in our large, modern cabins. Cabin lodging is included with registration. While the bunks are plentiful, we intentionally limit capacity to just 8-12 people per cabin for extra comfort. You can choose co-ed or same-gender housing, and groups of 8+ may request a private cabin.

Cabins Include:

  • Modern bunk beds

  • Cozy bedding

  • Bathrooms & showers

  • Storage space

  • Overhead ceilling fans

PRIVATE LODGES

For those wanting a little extra privacy and R+R, a limited number of private rooms are available in quiet lodges or counselor cabins. Each lodge has spacious rooms that share a bathroom. There is an additional fee per person to stay in private housing. Rooms accommodate single, double, or triple occupancy. For a triple room, you must register with 2 other roommates.

Private lodging includes:

  • Single beds

  • A large private bathroom per lodge or cabin

  • A/C

  • Wi-Fi
