about TRYBAL AMBASSADORS

Trybal Gatherings, the leading provider of Jewish camp experiences for young adults, seeks to build a team of 18 ambassadors -- six in each city -- to bring the magic of camp home to New York City, Boston, and Los Angeles. This initiative gives highly motivated, creative, and savvy young professionals the opportunity to share their love of camp in a fun, meaningful, and impactful way.

As an ambassador, you'll host a minimum of four camp-inspired gatherings across the city to reengage alumni and to invite new people into the Trybal community. You’ll receive training in Trybal’s experience design pedagogy, a budget to maximize your creativity, and will be invited to attend Trybal Berkshires or Trybal SoCal for free in 2024. This is an exciting paid opportunity to join one of the most buzzworthy entrepreneurial ventures in Jewish millennial engagement.

Sample experiences include urban wine tasting, a Jewish pickleball tournament, apple picking, festive holiday celebrations, speakeasy Shabbocktails, crafts & carafes, comedy show outings, and more. As a cohort, you'll dream up creative gatherings that are unique to the city to maximize fun and build year-round community.

about YOU

People describe you as a connector. When you talk, people listen. You love attending events, but often think, “This would be even better if they…” You are a strong communicator and a natural influencer. When you invite friends to something, they know it’s going to be good. You love camp, or know you will, and can’t wait to spread Trybal’s playful magic across NYC. Maybe you're involved in other Jewish organizations, maybe you're not, but you're excited to take a step into a leadership role at a place that thrives on exceptional creativity, deep connection, and surprise & delight. You're between the ages of 23-42 and live in New York City, Boston, or Los Angeles. You already made a list of ideas in your head of experiences just reading this description. Preference given to Trybal Berkshires and Trybal SoCal alumni.
