When was the last time you left a Zoom meeting and said “That was zAWESOME”?
Camp Birthright Israel is a 3-hour experiential training that models community-building while allowing participants to dive deep into affinity topics all through an Israel lens. Whether you've staffed 10 trips or hope to staff your first this winter, come expand your leadership capacity – both on the bus and online – and gain fresh inspiration to deepen your connection to Israel and one another. Like a Birthright Israel experience, Camp Birthright Israel will take you through a shared journey with large-group experiences and small-group connections. Choose two elective blocks to sharpen your leadership skills, and learn how to design bus culture, hone facilitation skills, explore Jewish content – all while building a peer staff community.
THE LEADERS
Join distinguished leaders from The iCenter and Trybal Gatherings for an experiential, Birthright Israel and camp-style gathering that trains you to harness critical skills in group facilitation and community-building. You’ll walk away with inspiration, tools, and modalities that can profoundly engage your Birthright Israel communities.
