Who says Jews can't love Christmas season? Join us in embracing the festive magic of the holiday season with a Jewish twist. This winter, we're warming up for summer by hosting a number of experiences layered in creativity and hygge. Together, we'll embrace the best of the winter and swap "oy" for "joy!" as we play, connect, and celebrate in a new light.

Surround yourself with light, music, friends, and food at Shabbat after Dark, hosted by Trybal Gatherings x Makom. We'll celebrate Shabbat and embrace the spirit of Hanukkah with a special soundbath musical experience and a gourmet dinner prepared by chefs Tamar and Elena, the incredible duo behind the Mexican Jewish bakery, Masa Madre.

Trybal and JCC Manhattan want to keep the warmth of summer going, so we're inviting all Trybal Berkshires alumni to an epic Shabbat reunion that brings together all Berkshires campers from Session 1 and Session 2, and past summers! Break out your fanciest holiday sweaters and join us for a taco bar and hot toddy bar, layered with Trybal holiday spirit.

The Vlasic Classic is here. Whether you’re a pickleball pro or curious to learn the sport, all are welcome to serve up the first night of Hanukkah in style. Learn the basics from a renowned USA Pickleball instructor then compete in a friendly round-robin tournament. Between rounds, make fried pickles and help hone your frying skills while making sweet potato, zucchini, and classic latkes!

Lace up your skates for the first night of Chanukah at Gallagher Way in Wrigleyville! This community-wide event includes a free skate rental, mulled wine, and candle lighting. After ice skating, we're heading over to Happy Camper for a Trybal + friends happy hour from 5 -7. We'll provide pitchers of beer, appetizers and Chanukah spirit for a festive menorah lighting. This program is generously supported by the Rose and Sidney N. Shure Kehilla program through JCC Chicago.
